These are the meeting notes from the November 12th 2008 CLUG Exec meeting.
Meeting opened at 17:20 Gustin Johnson, Kin Wong and John Jardine were present.

Actions Done:
- COSSFEST Location idea struck - It has been set to Coast Plaza Hotel
Actions Outstanding:
- Move DNS registration to President of CLUG
- $50 cheque originally payable to Dave Watkins is now payable to John Jardine
New Items:
- $120 cheque to John Jardine for Web Hosting (Canada Web Host)
- $250 cheque to COSSFEST 2007
- $75 cheque to COSSFEST 2009

Done:
* John added a book review section to the web-site
* John has contacted and established reviewer programs with No Starch Press & O'Reilly Publishing
Outstanding:
* Kin is exploring an alternate site for COSSFest - Centre Street Church
* Kin will cut a $50 cheque to John to reimburse him for paying Dave Watkins.
* Kin will decide how he wants to be compensated for the Linksys router he made available to CLUG.
* Kin will identify the membership lamination re-order stock numbers and put that in the membership kit.
* John will contact the DNS Registrar and get the CLUG.CA ownership moved to "President"
* John will add a book review section to the web-site.
Accomplishments
1. Website updates
1. John: Created/Added favicon.ico to reduce error messages in log
2. John: Changed default 403 (Permission Denied) to point to login page.
3. John: Minor updates around upcoming events
2. Renewed webhosting agreement with Canadian Web Hosting
3. John printed/laminated 4 CLUG signs for use at meetings/events.
New Agenda items:
1. Review minutes from last meeting with attention to the status of to-do items.
2. Confirm CLUG will sponsor/participate in COSSFEST. This will cost $75.00
3. Confirm topic for December Members Meeting is 'Linux Toys/Gadgets'
