[clug-talk] Can't access President's Choice On-line Banking

Yup, I had this problem.  Try this as root:

echo 0 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_window_scaling

Do a search on google for "pcfinancial tcp_window_scaling" and you will find 
lots of hits, something is wrong on their network.
