[clug-talk] COSSFEST Volunteers Needed - Update

Registration Desk, crowd control, room handlers, speaker handlers,
setup/tear down, etc.
There are no real pre-requisite skills other than a desire to help, and
a generally pleasant demeanor... :) Tasks assignments and "training"
will take place on Tuesday.
