[clug-talk] Recommendations for C Programming Book

Well if its really been a while... things have changed.  A book is nice, 
but I just use a web reference to whatever libraries and Eclipse C/C++ 
tools which provide syntax and api context checking and intellisense.  
Compile errors are mostly a thing of the past...
