with it this morning.  My supervisor has access to another card that
is a Rogers Rocket (we want performance figures on the Telus network).
 What we determined is that on the Telus network openvpn only works
with TCP, not UDP.  I have had problems with Telus and their crazy
network admins before.  I would not use them for anything that is
production with custom applications.
