[clug-talk] pcHDTV Cards

Hmm I saw this card before but was looking at the pcHDTV cards - how
well does it work? As I understand it, there is no need for hardware
encoding on OTA HD (It just dumps the frames to disk) .. was it fairly
easy to setup?
