KDE 4.3.2 was just released a week or two ago. If you really want to
use KDE 4 daily, I would suggest that you download and compile the
latest stable version directly from KDE.org.

I agree, the various distros are making things difficult for the KDE 4
team. It has been getting a pretty unfair reputation.
