[clug-talk] No Contract Cell phones?

I use a simple Nokia 1208 phone that I got at 7-11 for dirt cheap, and 
so far it's worked pretty well. It's not waterproof per se, but it got 
left in the rain a few times and still works fine.

The phones are unlocked, and since the SpeakOut service uses Rogers, it 
should have no problem on their network.
