Found a utility called nLite which allows you to create windows iso's slip
streamed with service packs and other updates and configurations.....

Created a Win2K Serv Pack 4 iso file and I was able to create a Win2k.vdi
for VBox that actually works..... FINALLY

Also found a site called bootdisk.com .... has resources for both windows
and linux
