while getting multimedia operational *is* important, there are users out 
there that want their phone to be well, you know...  A PHONE! :)

If it cannot synch contacts properly, it is not 100%.  On one hand, I've 
yet to see a phone that can synch easily against Linux out of the box. 
On the otherhand, it's no excuse to say "we're the same as everyone 
else"... meeting the status quo does not gain market share - exceeding 
the status quo does.

The bottome line though is that if it is doing what YOU need of the 
phone, then it's a good match for you.
