This was a weird one.
First I had to install compizconfig-settings-manager, then I ran
"Compizconfig Settings Manager" from System -> Preferences. The setting
I was looking for was called "Static Application Switcher", I also
changed the "Shift Switcher" as well (pretty cover flow-like alt-tab).
Google was of absolutely no help on this one.
